Engineered for your
Performance.
Your premium gateway to sports science formulas built and tested around individual data — not population averages.
What are you training for?
Have a goal in mind? Follow these guides and find the equipment engineered for your performance.
Jump Higher
CMJ, RFD, and the force-time curve behind the jump.
Sprint Faster
Timing to the hundredth. Speed measured, not eyeballed.
Brake Harder
Braking RFD — the earliest readiness signal we track.
Return from Injury
Per-leg asymmetry and the return-to-play read.
Equip a Program
Outfit a facility with gear that passed the lab.
Featured Equipment
A starting point across athlete monitoring, weight room technology, and force plate testing.
Tested in the field
Recent athletes, coaches, and sessions from the N1 community.
How N1 testing works
Our development process, in three stages.
Individual baseline capture
We start with a single athlete’s physiological baseline — not an average, a specific body under specific load.
Iterative single-subject trials
Formulas are adjusted across repeated trials against that one baseline until the response is consistent.
Broader validation
Only formulas that hold up across many individual trials move to production and get a batch-tested release.
Our services.
Testing and equipment, delivered by the people who built both.
Service rates
One-time sessions or ongoing monitoring, on the same testing protocol so results stay comparable. Rates below exclude travel.
Individual sessions
For baseline profiling, preseason screening, or a return-to-play decision that needs more than a coach’s eye. Up to 6 athletes per session.
Monthly plans
For tracking progress, fatigue, and readiness across a season — when one snapshot isn’t enough to make calls on.
Need something different?
Message us and we’ll build a plan for you — more sessions per month, or a fixed number of sessions for a longer period (for teams without a fixed season length).
Message usWhat the plates tell you
Three things a force plate measures that a stopwatch and a tape measure never will.
How much force, and how fast
Two athletes can jump the same height with completely different strategies. The plate separates the one producing force quickly from the one grinding it out — which decides how you train each of them.
Which leg is doing the work
Single-leg testing exposes imbalance that bilateral jumps hide. A meaningful left-right gap is one of the clearest return-to-play flags there is.
Recovered, or just willing
Athletes will tell you they’re fine. Repeat testing shows when output and jump strategy have shifted from their own baseline — fatigue you can see before it costs you a player.
Recent testing
Sessions we’ve run recently — athletes, coaches, and teams on the plates.
Engineered for your performance.
N1 Performance Lab is your place for sports performance technology — the products and the services, side by side.
We bring world-class performance technology to your unique needs. The same instruments used by programs at the top of their sport are here — but a national team, a college program, and a private coach are not solving the same problem, so we help you land on the right tool rather than the biggest one.
That works because we sit on both sides. We supply the equipment, and we run the testing sessions ourselves — so every recommendation comes from having read the data on real teams, not from a catalog.
We test what we sell — then we sell what works.
Every product in the shop goes through the same trial process N1 built its name on: real athletes, real coaches, real data. The point isn’t only to supply sports science equipment — it’s to make sure no Filipino athlete or team has to wonder whether their gear actually does anything.
The retail version of an older promise: make the signal undeniable.
The Philippines’ trusted home for sports science.
The first place a coach or athlete looks, and the last thing they need to question. Gear and knowledge sold side by side — so the equipment and the understanding of how to use it arrive together.
A lab that opened a shop, not a shop that talks about a lab.
for your performance.
Deliberate testing, not styling
Not “made,” not “designed.” Engineered means there is testing behind the product — it’s on the shelf because it earned the place.
Your baseline, not a norm table
A population average tells you where a group sits. It can’t tell you whether this athlete is recovered, or which leg is carrying the load.
Tethered to where we came from
Force-time biomechanics and performance testing — the world N1 came from. It keeps us honest, and out of generic fitness language.
